Pink Sailor Lolita Dress
Made in the summer of 2023, this dress was made for a failed Anime Convention as an alternate Pinkie Pie cosplay. The pattern used is Simplicity Pattern 8671 view A.
This costume was made out of old bedsheets I happened to have on hand (I’m pretty sure I slept on the pink one in middle school) with simple polyester ribbon and lace for decoration. This dress features a corset lacing back and a pin on removable embellished bow. I will never use bedsheets in a wearable garment again though… the fabric is a sweat trap.
